Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil. Scrape the bowl as needed and mix until well combined. 1 box yellow cake mix, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Fold in the chocolate chips and mini M&Ms. 3/4 cup chocolate chips , 3/4 cup mini M&Ms
Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Leave 2” between each cookie. Press in any scraggly edges to the cookie dough, and top the cookie dough balls with a few extra chocolate chips & M&Ms. This will make them look so pretty!
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookie is set.
Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the pan, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
