strong brewed tea
chilled
1/4
teaspoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon
chai spice mix

vanilla protein powder

chia seeds

Instructions
Pour the milk into the Thermos brand shaker bottle.
Add the tea to the milk.
Add the vanilla and spices.
Add the protein powder and chia seeds (if desired).
Place the mixer in the shaker bottle and screw on the cap.
Shake for 30 seconds or until the drink is smooth.
Add ice if desired.
