Turkey Bacon Lettuce Wraps are the perfect way to enjoy a low carb sandwich. Fresh veggies, deli turkey, bacon and avocado. It's on of my favorite make ahead lunches.
Place large squares of parchment paper on a work surface. Place the large lettuce leaves on top.
Layer the cheese, tomato and onion.
Then add the turkey slices, bacon and avocado.
Wrap the lettuce wrap using parchment paper, folding in the ends as you wrap to enclose the entire lettuce wrap.
Store until ready to serve, then use a serrated knife to cut the wrap in half and peel away the parchment paper to eat.
