Triple chocolate cake mix brownies are a rich, decadent chocolate dessert - perfect for any chocolate lover. This three-layer dessert combines chocolate brownies from a cake mix together with chocolate pudding and chocolate glaze. If loving chocolate is wrong, we don't want to be right!
Pour the chocolate chips into a bowl. In a small saucepan, heat up the heavy cream just until boiling. Pour the heated cream over the chocolate chips and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a 9x13-baking pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs and melted butter; stir until well combined. Spread into the prepared baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. Allow the cake base to cool on a rack for about an hour.
Once cooled, add the chocolate milk and pudding mix into a large bowl; stir until well combined. Set aside.
Once the pudding is thickened, spread it over the cooled cake layer. Then, top with the chocolate mixture you made in step 1.
Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into bars and serve.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
