Ingredients

sweetened condensed milk

half & half cream

teaspoons
vanilla extract

teaspoons
powdered cardamom
Instructions
Combine the sweetened condensed milk and cream together. Whisk until the mixture is smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and cardamom. Stir well.
Store this in the refrigerator and mix well before using.
