Spinach Cream Cheese Rollups
Crescent rolls stuffed with spinach, cheddar and cream cheese make a quick appetizer, lunch or snack. These Spinach Cream Cheese Roll Ups are great for getting an extra dose of veggies!

Ingredients

Pillsbury® Garlic Butter Crescents®
1/2
cup
garden vegetable cream cheese
1/3
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
2
tablespoons
fresh chopped spinach
Fresh parsley
for garnishing, optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chopped spinach.
Unroll the crescents, separating them each along the perforated lines into triangles.
Divide the cream cheese and scoop onto the 8 crescent triangles.
Roll up the crescents, starting with the wide end and rolling towards the point.
Place the rolled crescents on a non-stick baking mat.
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown.
Serve warm.
