Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Mix well.
Transfer to a 10" round skillet or 11x7" baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned and bubbly.
Top with diced tomatoes and parsley, if desired.
