In a large skillet, fry the potatoes in coconut oil over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown. This will take about 25 minutes. Sprinkle the garlic salt on top of the potatoes at some point while they are frying. 2-3 cups diced red potatoes, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Once the potatoes are cooked through, remove the skillet from the heat and add the pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, peppers and any other toppings you wish. 1/2 cup pizza sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 15 slices chopped pepperoni, 1/2 cup sausage, 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
Set the oven to broil on high. Put the oven rack on the highest level it will go and place the skillet on the rack. Broil for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Watch carefully while it is under the broiler.
Serve while warm.
