Place the pretzels on a baking sheet and top them with the peppermint kisses and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately place an M&M in the center of each kiss, gently pressing it down.
Allow the candy to cool on the baking sheet for about 30 minutes at room temperature or you can chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until hardened.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or place in a freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
