Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the cake mix, egg, cream cheese and butter until it is all well combined. The mixture will be very thick. 1 package Duncan Hines dark chocolate fudge cake mix, 1 large egg, 4 ounces cream cheese, 1/4 cup salted butter
Make 16 balls out of the chocolate batter.

Place the cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles, if desired. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
