Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a mini loaf tin with vegetable oil.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and orange zest until well combined.
Crack the eggs into the measuring cup with the milk. Beat them with a fork. Add the egg/milk mixture, orange juice, oil, vanilla and orange extracts into the dry ingredients. Stir gently with a spoon just until the flour is moistened. Add in 1/2 Cup chocolate chips.
Divide the batter between 8 mini loaf pans. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Bake for 28-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of one of the loaves comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to a cooking rack.
