Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a small bowl, prepare the topping by mixing the panko, parmesan cheese and melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, turkey, peas, green beans, both soups, milk salt and pepper. Stir until well combined then place in prepared casserole dish.
Sprinkle the cheese topping evenly on the top.
Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the dish is nice and bubbly and slightly golden on top.
Serve immediately with a side salad or some bread.
