Place the pressure cooker on a solid surface such as the counter or stove.
Place a trivet, basket or egg rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot liner.
Add the 1 cup of water.
Place eggs carefully into the basket or trivet, being careful not to crack them.
Close lid and set the vent valve to sealing. Press manual high pressure and set the timer for 5 minutes. Allow the Intstant Pot to work its magic.
Allow the pressure to natural pressure release for 5 minutes.
Quick pressure release any remaining pressure after 5 minutes.
Open the pot and place the eggs in a bowl of ice water.
Allow the eggs to sit in ice water for 5 minutes. Then remove them, dry them and peel them.
Serve eggs as desired. Store eggs in the fridge.
