Place the lid on the Instant Pot and push the valve to seal.
Set the IP to high pressure for 14 minutes.
Allow the IP to depressurize naturally for 8 minutes, then open the valve to release any pressure that may be left.
Once the pressure is released, open the IP and serve the potatoes. Be careful...they will be hot!
