Homemade Chai Latte Mix
Make up a large batch of this Homemade Chai Latte Mix and make your favorite coffee shop drinks at home. Adjust the seasonings to make it spicy or more mild.

Ingredients

granulated sugar

unsweetened instant tea

powdered French Vanilla non-dairy coffee creamer

powdered non-dairy creamer
¾
cup
packed brown sugar

cup
nonfat dry milk powder

teaspoons
ground cinnamon 5 grams
2 1/2
teaspoons
ground cardamom 5 grams

teaspoons
ground cloves 5 grams
1 1/4
teaspoons
ground white pepper 3 grams
1 ¼
teaspoon
ground coriander
1 ¼
teaspoon
ground ginger
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
Place the mixture in a blender (or a food processor). Blend until they are well combined and it makes a fine powder.
Store in an airtight jar at room temperature for up to 5 months.
To prepare, add 2-3 tablespoons mix to about 10 ounces of hot water, milk or even black tea in a mug.
To make a dirty chai, add 2 shots of espresso to the above drink.

This makes about 5 cups of latte mix.
