Prepare. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet or 9x13" baking dish with aluminum foil. Spray very lightly with cooking spray.
Make the butter sauce. In a small bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, dried onion and minced garlic. 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds, 1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
Assemble the sliders. Use a large serrated knife to slice the rolls in half, separating the tops from the bottoms. Place the bottom of the rolls onto the prepared baking pan. Use a pastry brush to brush a few tablespoons of the butter mixture onto the bottom half of the rolls. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls. Arrange the slices of Swiss cheese over the ham, and top with remaining ham slices. Place the top half of the rolls onto the sandwiches. Brush the top of the rolls with the remaining butter. 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls, 1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham, 6 slices thinly sliced Swiss cheese
Bake. Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are lightly golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes.
Serve. Slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve. Serve warm.
Notes
Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container.
These are excellent warmed up in an air fryer.
