An quick variation on a traditional stroganoff. Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff has a creamy mushroom sauce that is excellent for serving over noodles or rice.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook until no pink is left.
Stir in the flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream and heat through.
Cook the egg noodle according to the package directions.
Serve stroganoff over a bed of egg noodles garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
