Poke the small red potatoes once or twice with a fork, then place them in the microwave for about 3-5 minutes. This allows the potatoes to start cooking and will ensure they are fully cooked when you remove them from the grill.
Place a long piece of foil on your workstation and fold it in half width-wise. Add the shrimp, corn, and potatoes to the center of the foil. Add in the butter and of butter, and then sprinkle about a tablespoon of seasoning overtop. Cover the ingredients with the foil and secure packet loosely.
Place on heated grill and cook for about 20 minutes or until heated through and the potatoes test done.
Carefully remove from the grill and keep foil wrapped tightly until you are ready to serve.
