ginger

sage

red peppers

large red onion

package bagels
Optional: sliced cheese
spinach
Instructions
Place the ground pork in a large bowl. Add the ginger, sage, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Using the ground pork, form 7 large burgers.
Heat the gas grill to 400 degrees.
While the grill is heating, saute the peppers and onions in the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat until they are tender (4-5 minutes).
Place the burgers on the preheated grill and allow them to cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the burgers are cooked through.
Place a cooked burger on the bun and top it with the sautéed peppers and onions.
Add cheese and spinach, if desired.
