Arrange the tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the tenders in a single layer in the basket and spray lightly with olive oil. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
