Line the remaining aluminum foil over the food and close the ends together by rolling it together 2-3 times.
Poke a hole into a corner and bake or grill for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. salt and black pepper
