Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef until it is browned. Drain off any fat & remove from the heat. 2 pounds ground beef
Add the ketchup, mustards, and barbecue sauce to the beef. Stir to mix well. 2/3 cup ketchup, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, 2 tablespoons dijon mustard, 4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
Spread the beef mixture in the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle the chopped red onion over the meat. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the meat and onion.1/2 cup chopped red onion, 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Line the top with tater tots. 32 ounces frozen tater tots
Bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until heated through.
Top with your favorite burger toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickle and bacon.
