Only 6 ingredients and 10 minute prep time and these Blueberry Oatmeal Bars are ready for the oven. Similar to blueberry crisp, these are perfect with a scoop of ice cream!
In mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and baking soda.
Using a pastry blender, cut in the cold butter cubes until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Reserve 1/2 cup of the flour mixture and set aside for the topping.
Spray a 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
Press remaining flour mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Spread the pie filling or jam on top of the flour.
Sprinkle with reserved flour mixture.
Press the topping gently into the jam with the palms of your hands.
Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Allow the bars to cool completely, then cut and serve.

Notes
*Use whatever type of pie filling or jam that you'd like. If you use a whole can (21 ounces) of pie filling, your bars will turn out more like a cobbler. If you choose to use jam, the bars will be firmer.
