In a large bowl, dissolve the Jello powder in the boiling water. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. 1 1/2 cups boiling water, 6 ounces raspberry Jello
Add the chilled applesauce and mix well. 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
Lightly spray an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
Pour the Jello mixture in the prepared pan.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours so that it can set.
Serve chilled with fruit, whipped cream and mint leaves.
