Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray, then line with parchment paper. (You spray the pan to help hold the paper down in place.)
Place the butter into a microwave safe bowl. Using the microwave, melt the butter.
Add the crushed graham cracker crumbs to the butter and stir slightly to mix.
Press the graham cracker crumbs into the pan evenly.
Sprinkle on the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, coconut and walnuts.
Then drizzle the condensed milk over top.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Allow the bars to cool, then cut into squares.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
