What is a pineapple smoothie made of?
There are simple tropical smoothie ingredients in this recipe. No surprises and no hard to find ingredients.
- Pineapple juice. As you probably guessed from the title, the main flavor is pineapple. To make this smoothie recipe simple, I usedย DOLEยฎ Canned 100% Pineapple Juice.
- Orange juice.
- Milk. Use any type of milk you’d like. We wanted a dairy free smoothie, but still craved that creamy texture that milk gives so used cashew milk. Feel free to use your favorite type of milk (almond, soy, coconut, or cow’s milk if you don’t need vegan).
- Ice. Using crushed ice cubes helps the smoothie come together more quickly.
- Vanilla extract. Adding vanilla to a smoothie makes it taste like a creamsicle. Good childhood memories! It makes the flavors come together and pop.
