If you’re looking for a quick fruit dip recipe to please a crowd, look no further than this one bowl raspberry mascarpone fruit dip.

Mascarpone cheese is an Italian creamย cheese that is so smooth and creamy. You can make a tiramisu dip, naked cakes or raspberry filled tarts. I love its versatility, just like with traditional cream cheese. And when you pair mascarpone dip with berries you will be in for a treat!

Ingredients Needed

  • Mascarpone cheese. It’s a soft Italian cheese similar to cream cheese. You may be able to find it in the special deli section of your grocery store, or by the cream cheese in the dairy section.
  • Greek yogurt. Use flavored yogurt if you choose, but a high quality plain Greek yogurt would be best for a simple flavor.
  • Raspberries. Wash and dry the raspberries in advance so that it doesn’t add more liquid to the dessert dip. Fresh raspberries are best, but if you choose frozen raspberries, allow them to thaw and drain first.
  • Powdered sugar. Because the Greek yogurt and mascarpone are both unsweetened, you can add a touch of powdered sugar to enhance the flavor of the raspberries.

How to Make Raspberry Mascarpone Fruit Dip

  • Put raspberries, mascarpone, yogurt and powdered sugar in a food processor and pulse untilย combined (this will only take several seconds).ย
  • If you don’t have a food processor, use an electric hand mixer to cream the ingredients together well.
  • To get your desired consistency and flavor, add a few tablespoons more of any one of the ingredients.

It’s really as simple as that! It’s a 5 minute dessert dip recipe.

This pretty pink dip would be so pretty on a dessert board or fruit platter for Valentine’s Day or any spring day. Serve it with one of these:

  • With your other favorite fruits: strawberries, grapes, melons, cantaloupe, pineapples, apples, blueberries, bananas, blackberries or oranges.
  • With salty snacks or cookies: pretzels, Oreos, cinnamon graham crackers or animal crackers.
  • Inside crepes: Use the mascarpone fruit dip as a crepe filling.
  • Add it to overnight oats: It would be especially delicious as a layer in our raspberry overnight oats.

Rasberry my favorite fruit. I used raspberry to lose weight and to have a healthy diet and now I will use it in my family deserts.

I’m a vegan so wouldn’t use the cheese or the yoghurt, but there are some vegan substitutes that are surprisingly similar here in Vienna and just as good, so will definitely be making this. Looks like it’s right up my alley ๐Ÿ™‚

Love the look of that Mixed Berry Charlotte Cake as well. That would be such a pretty dessert to serve for guests to a Sunday brunch. May be trying that one too ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks. And gorgeous photos!
