Guys, this mascarpone fruit dip tastes so good! I love dipping raspberries in it. Just so you know evenย though raspberries are tiny you still can dip them easily. I stick two or three of them on a toothpickย and tadaah! Easy-peasy!

Now you can use any fruit you love. I am a strawberry & raspberry lover so these are often myย choices of fruit. Then there are apples. They are perfect for dipping! I also love the sweet; saltyย flavor combo so I sometimes eat this homemade fruit dip with pretzels. What would you go for?ย Salty pretzels or fruits?

Rasberry my favorite fruit. I used raspberry to lose weight and to have a healthy diet and now I will use it in my family deserts.

I’m a vegan so wouldn’t use the cheese or the yoghurt, but there are some vegan substitutes that are surprisingly similar here in Vienna and just as good, so will definitely be making this. Looks like it’s right up my alley ๐Ÿ™‚

Love the look of that Mixed Berry Charlotte Cake as well. That would be such a pretty dessert to serve for guests to a Sunday brunch. May be trying that one too ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks. And gorgeous photos!
