If you love creamy pasta recipes, this slow cooker chicken spaghetti is a unique dinner recipe with comforting flavor. Simmer the chicken in a creamy sauce all day, then add in the cooked pasta before serving.

Ingredients Needed

ingredients for creamy chicken spaghetti on a table
  • Chicken Breasts: Boneless skinless chicken breasts are perfect for this recipe since they are lean and won’t add more liquid. Use chicken thighs if you prefer, but the sauce may be runnier.
  • Diced Tomatoes: I prefer petite diced tomatoes.
  • Cream of Chicken Soup: Makes the spaghetti extra creamy! Cream of mushroom soup works too.
  • Cream Cheese: Full-fat cream cheese gives the best creamy texture.
  • Spaghetti Noodles: You’ll cook the spaghetti first, then add the cooked spaghetti to the pasta dish.
